This section provides the basic rules to be followed by participants of Tender.Pro. The user can be blocked and / or removed from the system because of the systematic violation of these rules.
- Obligations of a Buyer (Organiser of a bidding)
- The organizer is responsible for the accuracy of the information published in the tender. The organizer does not have the right to manage a tender, in which the deal is not really planned.
- The organizer is obliged to choose the winners of the tender from among companies listed in the competitive sheet (including offers of a third party).
- The organizer does not have the right to choose the bidder’s offer which is received after the termination of filing in the electronic tender.
- At the closing of the tender the organizer is obliged to declare the winner of the tender to all bidders and the reason for this choice.
- The organizer is obliged to make a deal with the bidder, declared as the winner of the tender.
- The organizer does not have the right to make a deal on the tender conducted in the system Tender.Pro, which is closed without a winner ("Procurement is not carried out").
- Obligations of the seller (the Bidder).
- The bidder is obliged to publish in the system the accurate and actual information about their prices and delivery terms.
- The participant must submit an accurate information in the offer for the tender.
